Client engagements

Paid services are month-to-month with no long-term contracts unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pricing, deliverables, and any guarantee are set out in your engagement. Either party may end the engagement as described there. You authorize us to access and act on the business accounts needed to perform the work, and you may revoke that access at any time.

Results and guarantee

We work hard to produce real results and stand behind our work with the guarantee stated in your engagement. That said, marketing and search outcomes depend on many factors outside anyone's control (including the policies of Google and other platforms), so we do not promise specific rankings, lead volumes, or revenue beyond what is expressly written in your agreement.

Your content and data

You own your data and your content. You grant us permission to use it only as needed to deliver the services. Work products we create for you as part of a paid engagement belong to you once paid for, except for our own pre-existing tools, templates, and methods, which remain ours.

Third-party services

Our services often involve third-party platforms (Google, review sites, analytics, scheduling, payments). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, decisions, or policy changes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Good Company AI and Stewart Family Enterprises, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services.
